Powering $600B+ in private investments: build the infrastructure automating private market data, documents, and workflows.
Arch HQ, 199 Water Street, New York, NY

Great work happens when talented, friendly people share high standards and ambitious goals. That’s our team in New York: tight-knit, deeply collaborative, and focused on outstanding results. If you love complex challenges, staying close to the customer, and sweating the details, this is the place for you.
Our comprehensive benefits cover medical, dental, and vision, mental health support, a One Medical membership, and a Wellhub membership for discounted fitness classes. You’ll also get unlimited PTO, tax-free commuter benefits, paid parental leave, a learning budget, and other core and supplemental benefits. In our NYC office, that same care shows up daily: team lunches, a budget for offsite coffee meetings, a dinner stipend, and regular social events.
There’s no fixed path for growth at Arch: you might go deeper in your craft, take on a bigger project, join a new team, or discover work you didn’t expect to love. Wherever you go, we’ll give you the context, the feedback, and the room to keep learning as your role evolves.
We invest in people early in their careers, giving them the chance to learn quickly, take on meaningful work, and build new skills alongside experienced teammates. New graduates can join our Operations Associate rotational program, spending four three-month rotations across Operations, with mentorship, training, and growing ownership built in along the way.
Alternative investments are a multi-trillion dollar industry that has historically run on manual work. Arch is building the core digital infrastructure to change that, positioned at the center of an industry that’s evolving fast, centralizing and automating everything from capital call processing to real-time portfolio analytics.

Yes, you’re welcome to apply to multiple roles. Just avoid submitting more than one application for the same position.
What is your in-office policy?
